A little about me
I'm Jonathan Luna — Apple Concierge and tech educator. My mission is simple: make technology feel less overwhelming and more empowering for the people I work with.
For 20 years I worked as a high-level technician for Geek Squad covering South Orange County, CA, helping hundreds of people with their technology. But I kept running into the same problem — the job required me to fix one thing and move on, even when I could see there was so much more we should be talking about.
So I went independent. Now every session is on my terms and yours — no rushing, no tickets, no corporate script. Just a real conversation, genuine curiosity, and the patience to make sure things actually make sense before I leave.
I have an ability to explain technology using whatever is already in your world — your hobbies, your routines, your surroundings. If I can make an analogy that clicks, that's my favorite moment of any session.
And I'm not just here for today's problems.
